Frequently Asked Questions

The virtual card market moves fast. Check the front-page status for live availability. Previously issued cards usually keep working even if new issuance pauses — but issuer/network actions can still affect usage.

What’s the difference between card types?

We offer multiple VISA/Mastercard products from different issuers. Features (fees, currency, 3DS, Apple/Google Pay, limits) vary by product. Always check the product page and live status before purchase.

Products marked Unavailable can’t be ordered now. Availability may change without notice.

What fees apply for non-payment?

You get three free failed transactions each month. From the fourth, a $0.30 chargeback fee applies per fail. If your balance goes negative, the card may be deleted.

Which merchants are supported?

Generally works at major online merchants, but acceptance varies by issuer and merchant. Use is for lawful, everyday spending only.

How long is my card valid? Can I recharge?

Typical validity is 1–3 years (varies by product). Most are reloadable; top-up fees and currency differ by card. Check product details before funding.

How do refunds work?

A full refund is available only if the card fails to work at all. Refunds are subject to a processing fee (typically 2%) and provider rules.

Refund initiation may take up to 72 hours (including weekends).
